30-Day No-BS Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible items.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, coffee is considered a grocery item and cannot be returned.

However, we may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion if there is:

  • A defect

  • Damage during shipping

  • A quality issue


Refund Eligibility Rules

To qualify for a refund:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Orders over $40 are not eligible

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • If more than 50% of the coffee has been used no refund will be issued

We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet these conditions.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number, first and last name & email.

  • A photo of the issue

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an item is eligible, a refund will be issued and a new order can be placed.
